Prices are competitive ?
They are the most cheaper, 20 to 30% of reduction to compare with a taxi, for exactly the same service. Furthemore, this prices are fixed and know in advance, they are not price increase according to the traffic.
How to reserve ?
It is easy, just fill the form of on-line reservation. An email of confirmation of reservation will then be sent to you, either you will be contacted by phone.
If the coverage was superior of 50 kilometers ?
For a coverage in a 50 kilometers beam around the airport of Geneva or the city of Annemasse, no request of deposit will be asked you.

Beyond 50 kilometers, a request of deposit of 30 % of the global amount of the service will be passed on to you by e-mail during the confirmation of reservation. You will have then three possibilities to make the payment. Either an on-line payment on the secured site PayPal, or by check or bank transfer.
When do I have to settle the complete payment?
You can if you wish pay the totality of the service during the reservation. Or otherwise this one will be made in the car just before the departure by check or money cash. We will soon be equipped by terminal of credit card.
What happen if i cancel my travel?
We pay off to you the totality of your reservation in case of cancellation 48 hours before departure.
My plane / my train set of the delay, which I have to make ?
You just have to prevent us by calling up in + 33 ( 0 ) 6 42 39 18 19. Half a first hour of wait will be offered to you. Beyond a 5 euro TTC fixed price will be charged to you by additional quarter of an hour.
How i can find my driver ?
Your driver will wait for you in front of the arrivals with a panel on which will be registered the name of the company ALLOTAXI transfert.
If I have many luggage ?
Thank you for specifying it in your order.
ALLOTAXI transfert applies no rise for luggage, within the limits of 2 luggage with hold by passenger of whom a cover with skis / snowboard. Beyond, a sum from 5 to 10 euro TTC by additional luggage will be asked you according to the volume and to the weight.
Do you accept animals ?
The small dogs and the cats are accepted but only in cage.
Can you take more than 4 persons ?
We have a vehicle which can transport up to 6 persons.
The driver speak english?
Yes the driver speak english.
What happens in case of traffic jam during the transfer towards the airport ?
Our prices are fixed and known in advance, there will be no price increase according to the traffic.
ALLOTAXI transfer will do everything he can so that car arrive on time in the fixed meetings and to put down the customers at the hour planned on their place of destination.
What include your prices ?
Our prices include your coverage on the place of your choice, the transport of your luggage and your routing or your return of airports or stations, as well as the expenses of highways.
Are you equipped to transport children or babies ?
Yes, on simple request we can provide you with gracefully seats "baby" or booster seats.
It possible to reserve a departure for evening, one Sunday or a holidays ?
Yes, you can plan a departure for any hour in the daytime and at night. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
